After you read and print the forms, please sign them. Bring the completed and signed form with you to the office on your first visit.
Appointments, Crisis, Cancellation and No-Show Policy
It is my intention to render my services in a professional manner consistent with accepted standards of practice. Sessions are usually held weekly and will be for approximately forty-five (45) minutes. It is impossible for any counselor to guarantee any specific results regarding your counseling goals.
Should you be unable to keep an appointment due to an emergency, please notify me at 936-577-9139 twenty-four (24) hours in advance of the session you must miss or you will be assessed the full fee for that session.
If you need to contact me between sessions please call 936/577-9139 and leave me a message. I will return your call as soon as possible. If you experience a mental health emergency call 911 and/or go to a nearby hospital emergency room.
